Please read carefully and follow the inquiry guidelines outlined below.
1. Qualification Guidelines:
- We are taking inquiries from all vendors. All inquiries are reviewed.
- You must be a pre-registered, paid vendor to sell and participate in the Thursday Evening Market at the Farm. No drop-ins or spontaneous walk-through will be permitted.
2. Submit an Inquiry:
To be considered for participation in the Thursday Evening Market at the Farm, your first step is to submit a Detailed Inquiry by email. This must include:
- details about your particular product or item
- indicate if you have valid Insurance on your product (copy of Insurance may be required)
- indicate whether the items are handmade by yourself
- include as much information as you can, along with some history about yourself, and your experience with markets
- include a good photo representation of your items and your setup, especially if you are a new inquiry
- include your contact information

3. Review and Selection Procedure:
- Applications are by invitation only - they are not available online.
- Only those reviewed and selected will be invited.
- If selected to receive an invitation to participate, vendors are given a deadline to respond and complete their application process. If there is no response by the required deadline, their inquiry will go on a waiting list, and others will be considered.
4. Guidelines for Category Selections:
- Our policy includes limiting the number of vendors represented in any one category. All inquiries are reviewed. Evening Market at the Farm is a “blended market” and open to Artisans & Vendors who make, bake, grow their own products; however, also open to imports, commercial, retail, direct sales, collectibles, antiques, retro or vintage products.
- Should the response from the first group of invitations enable us to fill some categories, then they will be considered full for the season. If this does not happen, then newly submitted inquiries will be reviewed with new selections made, followed by invitations to those selected.
- This policy will allowed us to introduce new vendors each year and helps to keep the market fresh and interesting. All inquiries remain on a list for the season, and should things change in any category, they will be considered for participation.
- Participants, in all categories, are juried and reviewed, and if accepted, are invited to participate. Some categories will be limited, in order to keep a fair and balanced representation, to the public, and the participant.
5. Participation and Payment Policy:
- If selected, you will receive an invitation and application and may choose the dates you wish to attend. All chosen market dates must be marked on the application. The application must be submitted by the deadline indicated. This process requires a pre-payment plan in place, for all chosen dates, and the payment must be included, for your option of choice, when you return your application. This is required to secure your participation.
- *Minimum attendance is 3 market dates. In order to secure participation, payment for 3 dates is required with your application and is non-refundable. Subsequent payments will be for 3 or more dates at a time.
- We do not accept payments on Market Evening and we do not have a Drop-in Policy. All payment will be made along with application drop off or etransfer.
6. Market Space:
- Each space is 12ft x 12ft.
- Participants are required to supply their own display material including a tent, chairs, tables, and any other materials required.
- Vendor Setup time is 4:30 pm for the Thursday Evening Market at the Farm. All venders must be fully set up 10 minutes prior to Market Opening
- The Thursday Evening Market is open to the public, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm.
7. Market Fees:
- $45 per market. (Fees include taxes). Breakdown is as follows: (Table Fee $39.82 HST. $5.18)
- Market Packages and fee options are available with details included on approved vendors' application forms.
- *Preference will be given to those who book all dates.
- There are 14 Evening Market for the 2022 Season Rain or Shine
- There is a 3 market minimum, payment required before market begins. If preferred, there is also an advance payment option for booking all dates which offer a 10% discount. Payment options are outlined on the application.
- Evening Market at the Farm will be promoted/advertised via, Email, Facebook, Website, my FM Radio, Newspaper, Community Boards, and best of all, Word of Mouth! Let’s make this an annual go-to event!!
