Tour reservation - Should Forest Cove Alpacas be forced to cancel your tour to health measures imposed by public authorities in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic, the amount of your reservation will be automatically refunded and you will be notified.
The customer acknowledges that tours offered by Forest Cove involves risks of injury, loss or breakage of equipment, which risk are inherent to the topography of the footpath, the handling of animals and weather conditions. Customers must therefore play an active role in risk management by adopting preventive and prudent conduct. Customers must therefore be attentive to the safety instructions of the guide and respect them at all times.
Cancellation - NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND OR CHANGE OF DATE POSSIBLE 48 hours prior to tour
Pets - Forest Cove does NOT allow any pets (Service Dogs are permitted in the Market)
Please note the Following:
~ Children 12 and Under MUST be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian
~ Children under 16 can not lead an alpaca alone
~ Arrival of the participants 15 minutes before the schedule departure time.
~ Wearing cool and comfortable clothing
~ MANDATORY : hiking boots or sneakers (MUST be closed Toed)
~ FORBIDDEN : sandals, strollers, child carriers, pets
