COVID -19: Covid-19 Safety protocols are in effect with indoor masks encouraged, social distancing practices, sanitization of surfaces and individually packaged items when possible. Provincials rules and regulations will adhered to and governed by our Local Municipality. Please notify us if you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms prior to attending workshop for the safety of our family, all other attendees, and the animals.
REFUND, CANCELLATION and EXCHANGES: should Forest Cove Alpacas be forced to cancel your workshop due to health measures imposed by public authorities in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic, the amount of your reservation will be automatically refunded and you will be notified. reservations can be cancelled with a full refund no less than 72 hours in advance, less 48 hours for a 50% partial refund. For any cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of any workshop, the value of the workshop will be transferred to a credit which can be redeemed for a future workshop.
